Due to the the popularity and high demand for her original fermented food workshop, Naturopath and Nutritionist Laura Rose developed this second fermented food workshop, expanding on the knowledge gained from the first one.
During this fun and educational workshop you will learn how to make and take home, turmeric kimchi, root vegetable kraut, pickled vegetables and milk kefir.
